Our infrastructure is constantly expanding, and with it, exciting construction, renovation, and expansion projects at our various locations. We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager (m/f/d) with experience in building construction – Bielefeld region – to strengthen our team with technical expertise, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for modern project work.

Responsibilities / Main Tasks

• Your tasks are responsible and varied, including planning, organizing, and monitoring demanding renovation and expansion projects.

• Close collaboration and coordination of all internal and external project stakeholders.

• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, standards, and quality standards

. • Participation in the entire tendering and awarding process.

• Schedule and cost control for ongoing projects.

Qualifications / Requirements

• You are technically strong and persuasive, possessing completed vocational training and further education in the construction industry as a technician, master craftsman, construction manager, building technician (m/f/d), or comparable qualification

. • Initial professional experience in construction planning and construction management.

• Good knowledge of MS Office. Experience with construction-specific software is an advantage

• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

• Class B driver's license and willingness to work at three locations
