As a Construction Manager for Existing Buildings (m/f/d) with responsibility for renovations throughout Northern Germany, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the development of the Existing Buildings business unit at our Hamburg location. You will also benefit from the expertise of our colleagues in Paderborn and Stuttgart. 

YOUR TASKS:

• Organization, coordination and construction management of the technical processes
• Assessment of current conditions and concept development for conversions in existing buildings
• Ensuring the achievement of project goals in terms of deadlines, budget, and contractual obligations
• Support and advice on structural engineering and organizational issues

YOUR PROFILE:

• Studies in civil engineering or architecture, experienced master craftsmen or technicians
• Basic knowledge of building services trades
• Experience in the calculation, tendering and awarding of construction services
• Teamwork skills, willingness to perform, flexibility and a confident demeanor
• Organizational skills and assertiveness
• Results-oriented and cost-conscious working methods
