Your job

- Independent management and coordination of schedules, personnel, and materials in civil engineering and road construction

- Ensuring smooth construction site operations through proactive planning and organization

- Monitoring and adherence to quality standards, cost budgets, and construction targets

- Efficient deployment planning of personnel and subcontractors

- Monitoring construction progress and identifying and resolving challenges early on

- Responsibility for the timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects

Your profile

- Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification

- Excellent communication and organizational skills when dealing with project stakeholders

- Strong team spirit and enjoyment of collaborating with various trades
