QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in residential renovation or construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen renovations, sequencing, and Ontario Building Code
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing multiple job sites and sub-trades
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural/design drawings
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
  • WSIB and safety certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with project management software is an asset
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee kitchen remodeling projects for residential clients. This role will involve quoting, coordinating trades, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard from design to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle execution of kitchen renovation projects
  • Quote labor and construction costs in collaboration with the design/estimating team
  • Coordinate and schedule sub-trades (demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, etc.)
  • Conduct site visits to monitor quality, adherence to scope, and timeline compliance
  • Serve as the primary client contact during the construction phase
  • Resolve onsite issues quickly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements
  • Collaborate with Paris Kitchens’ design team to translate vision into execution
  • Track project budgets and provide regular progress reports to leadership
