Construction Manager – London & South We're looking for a Construction Manager to join our team, overseeing lift and escalator installation projects across London and the South. What You'll Be Doing Taking ownership of lift and escalator installation projects from start to finish. Leading site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Managing project performance, resolving challenges, and keeping projects moving forward. Supporting installation teams and creating a positive site culture. Championing health and safety across every project. What We're Looking For Experience within construction, project management, engineering, or a related environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. SMSTS qualification is desirable.
