Your tasks as a Construction Manager (m/f/d) Building Services Engineering

- In your new position, you will coordinate construction projects of varying sizes and complexities and ensure that cost and time targets are met in accordance with the client's wishes.

- You will coordinate planning documents with clients, architects, and structural engineers

. - Furthermore, you will support the calculation and preparation of documents for awarding construction contracts to subcontractors.
