Location: Southern Germany (remote work possible) | Start date: depending on personal availability


Responsibilities:


- Project management: You plan, coordinate, and monitor building construction projects – from groundbreaking to completion

- Site organization: You are the on-site contact person for all parties involved and ensure a smooth process

- Quality control: You inspect the construction work, identify deviations, and ensure that all work meets the highest standards

- Team coordination: You lead our subcontractors and site personnel, motivate them, and ensure productive collaboration

- Schedule management: You create and monitor construction schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met

- Safety management: You ensure that all occupational health and safety regulations are observed


Requirements:


- Completed vocational training or university degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification

- Experience in construction management, ideally in turnkey construction or timber frame construction

- Technical understanding and organizational skills

- Independent work ethic and professional demeanor

- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm Collaboration with various stakeholders

- Willingness to assume responsibility for safety and health protection (SiGeKo)

- Willingness to travel.
