We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) for an interesting inner-city construction project in The Hague. The construction manager is responsible for the overall coordination, organization, and control of the construction processes as well as for ensuring that deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in civil engineering or completed training as a master builder/foreman
· Several years of professional experience in construction management, preferably in inner-city building construction
· In-depth knowledge of construction processes, approval procedures, and occupational safety
· Knowledge of Dutch building regulations and experience with a UAV-GC contract
· Strong communication skills in dealing with authorities, subcontractors, and residents
· Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and initiative
· Good written and spoken German and/or English
· Structured, assertive, and solution-oriented approach to work
· Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
