Tasks

• As a construction manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the independent organization & execution of demanding shell and turnkey construction projects in the Bavarian Oberland and the Munich area.
• They rely on efficient project management using the "Lean Construction" system and carefully monitor costs, deadlines and quality.
• In your role, you not only coordinate your own commercial staff, but also keep an eye on the services of subcontractors to ensure a smooth process.
• A key aspect of your role involves providing comprehensive support to both project and client stakeholders. You will operate holistically, acting as an entrepreneur within the company, which means you will be responsible not only for the successful completion of construction projects but also for client satisfaction.

Profile

• They have a completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have professional experience, project management skills, and knowledge of "Lean Construction" and "BIM".
• Comprehensive entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as strong assertiveness and a sense of responsibility, are qualities that apply to you.
• They take great pleasure in inspiring, motivating, and leading employees.
• Your strong willingness to learn and develop further, coupled with pronounced technical competence, completes your profile.
