This role will join BES - which provides a fully-integrated service to clients within the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors, using our expertise to develop bespoke solutions to meet each client’s project-specific requirements. We combine design, digital innovation and construction capabilities to provide a complete multidisciplinary offering, including process engineering, structural and civil, architectural, mechanical/HVAC and electrical services.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be promoting and maintaining a positive health and safety culture, and striving for an accident free site.
You’ll be responsible for checking quality and standard of work for the complete installation.
You will ensure the project is completed to the agreed timescales and complete daily briefs with contractors to ensure planning & progress is in line with the current PDR board.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in managing turnkey projects including construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical works
Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets is preferred, particularly in the construction of laboratories and cleanrooms
Client focused and able to establish good working relationships
