JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and building construction. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing construction activities for building projects and hold a degree in civil engineering or a relevant discipline. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely, safe, and quality delivery of construction works.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management within building projects.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in managing high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and project controls.
  • Experience working in the MENA region and knowledge of local construction laws.

Responsibilities
