Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a Marine Supervision Project to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will oversee complex marine construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to local and international standards. Lead and manage marine construction projects from inception to completion Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for marine projects Analyze and mitigate risks associated with marine construction activities Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management Stay updated on the latest marine construction technologies and methodologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 15 years of experience in delivering at least 1 marine project Proven track record of successfully delivering complex marine construction projects Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques, coastal engineering principles, and relevant regulations Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Safety management certification (e.g., OSHA) Experience with offshore construction projects is highly desirable Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in the UAE Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
