Keystone Custom Homes is looking for a highly motivated Construction Manager in the Southern/Central Maryland area to join our innovative, agile team on our journey to unprecedented levels of success! The Construction Manager will be involved in all aspects of the home building process according to Keystone Custom Homes’ quality standards while adhering to budget, maintaining the construction schedule and most importantly achieving high levels of customer satisfaction! ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to different project locations.
  • Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) green card requirements and ensure the project follows MDE’s environmental regulations.
  • Familiarity with Erosion and Sediment Control (E&S) inspections in Montgomery and Howard County

Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all stages of construction, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful execution of construction activities.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards. Oversee and enforce adherence to all health and safety procedures on-site.
  • Quality Assurance: Review construction designs and specifications to ensure quality control, identifying any potential risks or issues before they arise.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the project budget, including monitoring expenses, preparing cost reports, and ensuring the most efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed of project progress, changes, and challenges.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any construction challenges, delays, or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
