Job description:

Civil Engineer as Construction Manager (m/f/d) in the field of Civil Engineering / Building Construction for the Bremen Region We are looking for a Civil Engineer as Construction Manager (m/f/d) in the field of Civil Engineering / Building Construction 

• for one of our clients, a well-known and long-established group of companies in the construction industry,  for the Bremen region. Your responsibilities include:  - Independent project management - Compliant, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution of construction work - Meeting quality standards while adhering to deadlines and budgets - Work preparation and site documentation - Management of your own site staff - Coordination of subcontractors - Liaison with clients and building owners, contract negotiations, planning meetings - Cost, quality, change order, and schedule management - Coordination of project invoicing, including quantity surveying and site acceptance. We expect you to have:  - A successfully completed degree in civil engineering (structural engineering or structural engineering) or equivalent qualification - At least 2-4 years of experience as a construction manager in the field of structural engineering - Leadership experience - A high degree of commitment and initiative, in short, an "entrepreneur with a passion for the company" - Reliability, loyalty, negotiation skills, and assertiveness - Proficiency in specialized construction management software (MS Office®, MS Project®, ARRIBA®/ITWO®) - Knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB ) Customer focus, teamwork, a sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking – Start date: as soon as possible.
