MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 5+ years in civil construction management, preferably with projects involving over 500 site builds.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, civil works, safety protocols, and Ericsson processes.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and drive performance.
• Oversee and manage all civil works associated with assigned inbuilding projects.
• Proficient in progress tracking and reporting using Site Handler.
