Responsibilities

As a Construction Manager, you’ll take ownership of the construction phase on a wide range of infrastructure and heavy civil projects. You’ll work in the field to support project execution, lead safety and quality practices, and guide your team to successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all phases of construction planning and execution across multi-disciplinary scopes.
  • Developing and managing construction schedules, budgets, resource plans, and work packages.
  • Supervising and mentoring Superintendents and supporting tradespeople on site.
  • Enforcing high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Managing labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to optimize efficiency.
  • Facilitating effective communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • Identifying and resolving issues quickly to maintain project momentum.
  • Promoting a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and proactive problem-solving.

You will work closely with the Project Management team and report directly to senior operations leadership.
