We are currently seeking a Construction Manager/Senior Construction Site Technician (HVAC)

Your responsibilities: Planning, monitoring, and managing the assembly personnel, construction site organization, and scheduling. Monitoring, evaluating, and accepting mechanical systems and completed work. Creating and reviewing acceptance and measurement reports, construction diaries, and photo documentation. Serving as the interface between project management and the construction site, as well as the contact person for customers. Ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations regarding occupational safety, quality, construction site requirements, etc. Your profile: Degree in building services engineering, building technology, or a comparable qualification, such as training as a plant mechanic with further education (e.g., master craftsman or technician). Several years of experience in building services engineering (HVAC), ideally in construction or site management. Knowledge of relevant building services engineering regulations (VOB, HOAI, DIN, VDI). Proficient in MS Office applications. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style. Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
