We are immediately seeking a motivated Construction Manager (m/f/d) for a full-time position. The hourly wage is €24.33. Your initial work location will be in Berlin-Marzahn, but you will be deployed throughout Berlin.

Responsibilities:

- Sound knowledge of project structure

- Advanced knowledge of quality control

- Planning of material and equipment usage

- Coordination with clients and their representatives.

Requirements:

- Advanced knowledge of cost calculation

- Accuracy is paramount

- Completed construction training, ideally with additional qualifications

- Experience with property developers, including commercial properties.
