Your responsibilities:

- Construction management of assigned projects within Berlin and the surrounding area

- Billing, measurements, correspondence, and cost control for projects

- Point of contact for clients

- Tendering and awarding contracts to subcontractors

- Monitoring construction progress and execution with regard to deadlines, costs, and quality

- Cost calculation, personnel planning, and invoicing

- Coordination of employees.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a construction manager is desirable

- Advanced knowledge in the field of interior construction

- Basic knowledge of cost calculation

- Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer focus

- Quick

comprehension - Excellent written and spoken German skills

- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
