Responsibilities
  • Coordination of the various trades on site: Ensuring a smooth process and cooperation between the trades involved (e.g. electricians, plumbers, drywall builders).
  • Overcoming unexpected challenges: Quick and effective resolution of unforeseen
  • problems that may arise during the construction process.
  • Regularly informing all parties involved in jour fixe meetings: Organizing and holding regular meetings to inform all project participants about the current status, progress and possible obstacles.
  • Responsibility for meeting deadlines: Monitoring construction progress and ensuring that all work is completed on time.
  • Quality control: Checking the work carried out for compliance with quality standards and initiating corrective measures if necessary.
  • Safety management: Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards on the construction site.
  • Documentation: Keeping and maintaining construction files, logs and reports for complete documentation of the construction project.
  • Involvement in the planning phase: Participation in the planning and preparation of new construction projects from the outset to ensure optimal implementation
