This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced construction professionals to lead modular construction projects from planning through execution. The position provides responsibility for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results safely and efficiently. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where attention to detail, problem-solving, and leadership are critical. The role involves hands-on involvement on job sites, coordination with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships. This position supports career growth by providing exposure to complex projects and innovative construction practices. Travel to project sites as needed will be required to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery. Accountabilities · Lead modular construction projects from contract initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and documentation. · Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met. · Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements. · Track project progress, report status, and proactively address risks and issues. · Mentor and support team members based on project needs and facilitate collaboration across teams. · Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. · Utilize project management tools (e.g., BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, MS Project) to manage deliverables efficiently. · Construction Manager: 5–8 years of construction experience, including collaboration with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope. · Project Manager: 5–8 years of experience with strong leadership and project management skills. · Site Superintendent: 3–5 years of commercial construction experience with hands-on field leadership. · Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. · Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and project management software. · Ability to read and interpret construction plans. · Valid Driver’s License and commitment to safety and quality. · Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; modular building experience; OSHA 30 Certification; familiarity with IBC, UBC, and state-specific codes; experience with Bluebeam and CAD software. · Competitive annual salary range: $62,200 – $130,900 (depending on experience and location). · Comprehensive vacation, sick leave, and 10 days + 2 half-days company-paid holidays. · Flexible benefits including 401(k) retirement plan with company match, HSA/FSA, EAP, and Pet Insurance. · Company-paid life insurance for peace of mind. · DailyPay option for immediate access to earned wages. · Resources and programs supporting wellness, nutrition, exercise, and mental health. · Dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
