Company Description Join a leading engineering company supporting large-scale renewable energy projects across Africa. We’re looking for an experienced one Construction Manager to lead the construction of a 10+ MW solar power plant on site. Job Description Your mission: Supervise on-site works: civil, structures, PV module installation, cabling, and commissioning. Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance. Coordinate local teams and subcontractors. Track progress, budget, and schedule. Report to the Project Manager and liaise with all stakeholders. Qualifications Your profile: Master Degree in Solar PV or Equi in Ren. Energy Tech or Electrical Eng. 6+ years’ experience on renewable energy projects, on solar power plant projects would be a game changer. Solid experiences in Africa. Minimum of 3 years should be in Grid Connected PV Projects 1 Project of Feasibility Study / Design (FS) over 30MWp 1 Project of Control and Supervision - over 30MWp 1 Project of Resident / Solar Expert - over 30MWp Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent / bilingual in English, French a plus. Resident position during construction phase.
