Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description The Construction Manager is responsible for providing full project management services and on site construction oversight of construction projects and supporting the client representative in delivering successful project outcomes. Oversight of the overall construction effort Contract and Budget ownership for direct contracts as assigned Negotiate costs within the scope of the projects Manage schedules and budgets Take control of project elements Provide technical input and ensure safe working environment in accordance with company procedures Oversee delivery of construction activities and resolving all issues related to construction Qualifications Minimum of 10 years proven experience in a similar role Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or other relevant discipline is preferred New-built project experience, ideally on major real estate projects/programmes Driven and dynamic individual with can-do attitude Additional Information Company Vision: Our vision is to be the leading capital programmes professional service provider operating across property, infrastructure and natural resources.
