Rock Solid Crew GmbH stands for technical expertise, innovative solutions, and successful project execution in the industrial, plant engineering, and engineering sectors. To support the establishment of our future location in Salzgitter, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our project team as soon as possible.

Ideally, you already have practical experience in managing projects in steel construction or pipeline construction and would like to further develop your knowledge in a demanding industrial environment.

Your tasks

Independent management and coordination of industrial projects
Planning, control and monitoring of all project phases
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and safety requirements.
Monitoring of construction progress and regular project controlling
Coordination and alignment with internal departments, customers and external project partners
Management and monitoring of subcontractors and service providers
Creation, maintenance and updating of schedules
Use of project management tools for scheduling, resource and project control, especially MS Project
Conducting meetings and preparing project reports and status updates
Support in the further development of project standards and processes

Your profile

Successfully completed technical vocational training with further education or completed technical studies
Several years of professional experience in the planning, management and implementation of industrial projects
Experience as a project manager, construction manager, or in a comparable position is an advantage.
Knowledge of steel construction and/or pipeline construction is desirable.
Proficient use of project management and scheduling software, especially MS Project
Excellent organizational skills and a structured and solution-oriented work style.
High level of responsibility and communication skills
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
Residence in the Salzgitter area or corresponding willingness to relocate
