Exciting tasks await you
: You will work in the project management of demanding construction projects, from conception and planning to implementation and commissioning, in accordance with the AHO service specifications
. You will coordinate the entire planning process and all planning participants
. You will manage costs, deadlines, and building quality, as well as ensure the implementation of user requirements
. You will be the primary contact person for the client and assume sub-project management or project management
responsibilities. Skills we are looking for
: You have a degree in project management, construction, architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, construction and real estate management, or a comparable field of study.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience and experience in project management of construction projects.
You possess excellent knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, and VgV regulations, as well as good knowledge of MS Project.

an independent, committed and reliable work ethic.
