Our Construction Manager: Must be proficient in understanding residential construction systems. Is responsible for working with the customer to build their dream home, schedule trades and ensure the home is built with attention to quality, meeting building time expectations and exceeding homeowner satisfaction! Builds assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards. Participates in pre-construction meeting with General Manager, Customer Coordinators and homeowners. The Construction Manager is responsible for working closely with the customer to build their dream home, ensuring quality, meeting building time expectations, and achieving homeowner satisfaction. This includes scheduling trades and participating in pre-construction meetings with the management team and homeowners.
