About us: We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Manager for Industrial Plants (m/f/d) for an innovative and established client in the field of industrial plant installation and manufacturing automation. In this responsible position, you will lead assembly and installation projects in a technically demanding environment and ensure smooth operations on the construction site. You will work closely with project teams and clients, making a significant contribution to the successful implementation of complex industrial projects.

Your job
- Technical and disciplinary management of an installation team for automated transport and storage systems in cleanrooms, as well as daily control of the construction site process.
- Close operational collaboration with project management and customers on site in the planning, control and monitoring of installation and service operations in the semiconductor industry – including regular progress and status reports.
- Ensuring the highest quality and safety standards, as well as implementing and verifying quality control measures, acceptances and handovers.
- Communication and coordination between team, management and customers – from the initial requirement through operational planning to the implementation of the installations.
- Coordination and monitoring of the installation area, as well as conducting team meetings and regular feedback sessions.
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training and/or technician/master craftsman qualification (e.g., mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.)
- Relevant professional experience in the installation or servicing of technical equipment – ideally in the semiconductor industry
- Initial leadership experience and ability to coordinate external project partners
- Structured, solution-oriented and customer-focused approach to work
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel occasionally for work
- Driving licence class B
