Job Title: Construction Manager/Senior Architect/Engineer (CM-SA/E)
Location: Lebanon VAMC, 1700 South Lincoln Ave, Lebanon, Pennsylvania 17402
Name of Project: CM Support Services, EHRM infrastructure upgrades, VAMC Lebanon, PA
Client: VA
Due Date: 9/10/2025
Pay Range: $100 - $140K
Anticipated Start Date: October/November 2025
Project Duration: 3 years

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, CLEARANCES, ETC.):

  • The CM - Senior Architect/Engineer (CM-SA/E) shall have a Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited school of higher education.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in both design and construction with a focus on medical facilities.
  • Understand and master the requirements of the local state and federal jurisdictions and the requirements of each considering the Requirements of the Project.
  • Possess knowledge of Construction Contract Documents including Front End and Technical Specifications and Drawings to readily understand and assess the requirements.
  • Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, budgeting and scheduling to lead to the project’s success.
  • Possess the skillset and competency to supervise and manage personnel of diverse skillsets.
  • Understand and master the requirements of the local state and federal jurisdictions and the requirements of each geographical site.
  • Possess Communication, Language, and Software Skills with the ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as a CMa managing VA projects
  • Experience as a CMa managing Medical projects
Responsibilities

The government requires a CM - Senior Architect/Engineer (CM-SA/E) that will be on-site for the duration of the Electronic Health Record Modernization Construction Project. This individual will provide professional and technical consultative assistance related to operations, renovation, and new construction programs supporting EHRM. This includes assisting the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative in the areas of project management, project engineering, planning, scheduling, design reviews, code compliance, testing, record keeping, quality control, quality assurance, cost control, and general oversight of EHRM design and construction projects.
