Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your task

• Management of site supervision for medium-sized public sector construction projects
• Personnel responsibility for the project team
• Quality assurance with systematic defect tracking
• Scheduling and monitoring
• Billing/supplementary review and negotiation
• Cost control and tracking
• Collaboration with the planning team
• Independent creation of tender documents

Your profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Confident handling of tendering software (ideally Orca) and the general Microsoft environment
• Structured and self-organized work methods
• Reliability, resilience and a sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of constructive exchange within the team and communication skills
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
