We are looking for someone for a very important client of ours:

Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your task

Management of site supervision for medium-sized public sector construction projects
Personnel responsibility for the project team
Quality assurance with systematic defect tracking
Scheduling and monitoring
Billing/supplementary review and negotiation
Cost control and tracking
Collaboration with the planning team
Independent creation of tender documents

Your profile

At least 5 years of professional experience
Confident handling of tendering software (ideally Orca) and the general Microsoft environment
Structured and self-organized work methods
Reliability, resilience and a sense of responsibility
Enjoyment of constructive exchange within the team and communication skills
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
