POSITION SUMMARY

TKI Construction is expanding the team!
As the Construction Manager, your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and professionalism across all projects, ensuring that each team member has the tools, support, and guidance they need to deliver high-quality results. You will ensure that all processes and systems are aligned with organizational goals, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovation from project inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience in Construction and Project Management and has worked on multi-million-dollar commercial projects. We are looking for someone who is a team player. Someone who enjoys creative problem-solving as well as mentoring others. This position is permanent full-time, located in Kelowna, BC.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive construction experience, including leadership of complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of pre-construction, estimating, project delivery, subcontractor coordination, and construction financials.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and construction documentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in construction estimating methods and tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
