Job Description Turner & Townsend is looking for a Site Manager to coordinate and supervise the implementation and realisation of a real estate project in Modena. This is a site-based role as the Site Manager is responsible for monitoring the progress of the project and providing an up-to-date insight into the status of a project in communication with multiple stakeholders within the project team. Oversee and direct the construction of the project up to its completion Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and evaluate extra costs when requested Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and required safety regulations and internal company practices (HSE) Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Track physical progress, cross evaluating with cost and schedule plans Meet contractual conditions of performance Review the work progress on daily basis Prepare periodic internal and external reports pertaining to job status Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones Analyze, manage and mitigate risks Ensure quality construction standards from Italy and the use of proper construction techniques Qualifications From 2 to 6 years of working experience in construction management Ideally experience in real estate. Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods Understanding of all facets of the construction process Competent in conflict and crisis management Leadership and management skills Excellent time and project management skills BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
