SHE AND KRAUSS: Tasks

• Quality control: Monitoring the execution of the work in accordance with the technical requirements and quality standards in electrical engineering.
• Safety management: Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and accident prevention measures on the construction site.
• Coordination and communication: Close collaboration with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Documentation: Creation of measurements, site reports, minutes and other relevant documents.
• Customer service: Consulting and support for customers in the field of electrical engineering.

SHE AND KRAUSS: Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., as an electrical engineer, electronics technician, electrician, or mechatronics technician). University degree in electrical engineering. Master electrician qualification.
• Professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on construction management.
• Knowledge in the planning, control and monitoring of construction projects.
• Knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations and technical rules in the field of electrical engineering.
• Leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and assertiveness.
• Organizational skills and planning abilities.
