In this role, you’ll lead value-add construction efforts from concept through completion—managing everything from budget and scope to schedule and execution. You’ll partner with internal teams and external vendors to reimagine existing assets into lifestyle-driven, high-performing communities across the U.S.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in multifamily renovation or value-add construction roles
• Proven success managing occupied renovations and phased rehabs
• Deep knowledge of building systems, unit renovations, and amenity upgrades
• Familiarity with construction documents, scopes, schedules, and permitting

BUSINESS SKILLS

• Strong project management and budget-tracking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with construction and project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple active projects across different markets
• High attention to detail with a knack for creative problem-solving
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
