Title: Construction Manager (Civil)
Location: Dubai, UAE

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12–17 years of experience in high-rise building construction, with at least 4 years in a Construction Manager role in Dubai.

    Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure smooth project execution as per the approved schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor daily site progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, addressing any deviations or non-conformities.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site, ensuring adherence to local laws and company safety procedures.
  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents, resolving conflicts or discrepancies in coordination with the engineering and planning teams.
  • Manage workforce deployment, material deliveries, and equipment utilization to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Coordinate with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections.
  • Ensure effective communication between site teams, project management, and consultants to facilitate smooth decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and audits to maintain construction excellence and minimize rework.
  • Assist in contract management, including reviewing subcontractor performance, work progress, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Track material consumption, identify potential wastage, and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
  • Lead site meetings, brief teams on project updates, and provide technical guidance to engineers and supervisors.
  • Oversee project handover processes, including snagging, de-snagging, and obtaining completion certificates.
