HVG Grünflächenmanagement GmbH , a VIVAWEST company and a leading green space manager in North Rhine-Westphalia, is seeking a Construction Manager specializing in Maintenance/Landscaping (m/f/d) for our project business in Gelsenkirchen. This is a permanent position available as soon as possible.

Construction manager in the field of maintenance / landscaping (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Disciplinary and professional management of directly assigned employees
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and measures
  • Operational management of assigned orders/construction sites, ensuring the proper and economical handling of major construction sites and maintenance projects.
  • Identifying potential for new orders and additional services from existing customers
  • Establishing the deployment plan for columns for the day, taking into account the weekly plan
  • Instruction and training of subcontractors as well as random quality checks

This is what we expect from you:

  • Completed studies in landscape architecture or completed vocational training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or engineer (m/f/d) specializing in garden and landscape construction
  • Several years of industry-specific professional and management experience are desirable.
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Strong business management skills
  • Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driving licence class B
