JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in United Arab Emirates.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities, supervising contractors and workforce to maintain quality and safety standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Manage project risks, resolve issues, and make decisive decisions to keep projects on track
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review and approve designs and specifications
  • Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools
  • Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices in Dubai and the UAE
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED10.00 per mont
