We are currently seeking a Construction Manager for Maintenance Management (m/f/d) for our client in Dortmund for a full-time position!
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing customer inquiries and conducting on-site appointments
- Budget responsibility for the assigned construction projects
- Project and construction management of major repair and modernization projects
- Ensuring system maintenance following technical measures
- Planning, managing, monitoring, and invoicing measures within the scope of technical property management, including apartment preparation in the event of tenant turnover and processing insurance claims.
