Job offer: Construction manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Coordination, control and monitoring of the execution of construction work of all kinds
• Invoicing of construction services rendered
• Management and coordination of employees and external contractors
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs and quality standards
• Conducting building inspections and documenting construction progress

Your profile:

• Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable degree
• Prior professional experience in construction management is desirable.
• Possession of a Class B driving licence (mandatory)
• Independent, structured and self-reliant work style
• Experience in managing employees
• Excellent knowledge of:

Building inspections, construction management, renovation of old buildings, preparation of quantity surveys, German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB), advanced knowledge of office communication, especially MS Office
