To strengthen our team, we are looking for a construction manager for our location in Rostock, starting immediately.

Your tasks:

You are responsible for your construction sites from preparation and site setup to completion and invoicing. This includes, among other things, site management, personnel planning and management, and equipment scheduling.
Management and monitoring of the construction process, construction and coordination meetings, quality control,
Measurements

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering or a similar qualification and have several years of relevant professional experience.
They have knowledge of cost estimation, construction supervision/management and quantity surveying/verification, as well as, if necessary, change order verification.
They possess specific experience in construction management / site supervision.
They speak English (desirable).
