About this job

APPLY AT TIEFENBACH

The company Hans Tiefenbach GmbH is a classic family business that can now look back on over 85 years of tradition.

Originally founded as a painting company, we are now among the most renowned companies in the field of industrial corrosion protection and concrete repair. Hans Tiefenbach GmbH is particularly one of the leading companies in Germany in the repair of steel bridges and in the power plant sector.

We are a service provider and see our role as ensuring high-quality and timely service for our clients. Furthermore, we consider ourselves responsible for environmental protection and the health and safety of our employees.

For this purpose, we work with the latest technologies and place great emphasis on the training and further education of our employees in execution-related, as well as in safety and quality-related matters.

Naturally, performance-based pay including holiday and Christmas bonuses, as well as all usual social benefits, are part of our hallmark.

Low employee turnover supports this approach.

To strengthen our construction site team in the areas of corrosion protection and concrete repair, we are looking for a foreman or site manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning and setting up the construction site in consultation with the project managers.
  • Participation in the organization, monitoring and documentation of the construction process through workforce planning and material deployment planning.
  • Collaboration with those involved in the construction project, such as clients, subcontractors, and preparation of billing documents, e.g., measurements.
  • Implementation of operational quality management and our safety management for occupational health and safety
  • Monitoring of necessary environmental protection measures
  • Managing employees, participating in personnel development and further training measures
