Who is APS Bau? We are a medium-sized general contractor specializing in turnkey construction, realizing regional industrial, office, and special-purpose building projects with project sizes ranging from €2 million to €10 million. To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking a hands-on construction manager (m/f/d) with strong organizational skills and a good understanding of construction sites.

Your tasks

Independent management and organization of construction sites in turnkey construction
Implementation of the project manager's plans and specifications on the construction site
Coordination and management of all subcontractors and trades
Ensuring deadlines, quality, and detailed planning of the construction process
Conducting construction meetings and site visits
Documentation (construction log, photos, deviations)
Checking measurements, supporting invoice verification and change orders
Preparation and support of partial and final inspections
Implementation of occupational safety regulations

Your profile

Training as a construction technician, master craftsman in the construction industry, civil engineer – or comparable practical experience
Experience as a construction manager or foreman with construction management responsibilities is desirable.
Safe handling of construction drawings and construction processes
Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
Assertive, down-to-earth, and a team player
