Your tasks:

• Construction management and construction supervision
• Construction supervision regarding quality, deadlines & costs
• Instruction and supervision of employees and subcontractors
• Project procurement
• Preparation of measurements and other billing-relevant documents
• Cost calculation for construction projects based on specifications of services
• Providing quotes for customer inquiries

The requirements:

• Studies in the field of construction or engineering are desirable.
• Assertiveness & Leadership Skills
• independent, dedicated and organized work style
• basic commercial and legal knowledge
• proficient use of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
