Your tasks:

Your projects are your construction sites. Whether large-scale projects or repair work. You take care of it!

You independently manage construction sites, coordinate with employees and subcontractors, and participate in construction meetings.

You create the work plans for the materials and machines and order them to the construction sites according to the requirements.

You coordinate with clients and architects and support them with your expertise for a smooth construction process and detailed planning.

You document your construction sites for traceability for the customers.

You keep track of the schedules for your construction sites.

You continuously write interim and final invoices with measurement sheets and measurement plans.

You keep track of email traffic for your construction sites and ensure a structured filing system for digital and analog construction files.

You will prepare the written correspondence in accordance with the VOB contracts and send it out in close coordination with the managing director.

You check the construction contracts for completeness and write supplementary offers accordingly for changed services or additional services.

Among other things, you prepare subcontractor contracts.

You will help build a digital calculation system and help to fully utilize and continuously expand digital possibilities.

You take measurements with digital devices and pictures with drones.
