About this job

Our established general planning and architecture firm in Schwedt/Oder designs sophisticated public, commercial, and residential construction projects, both new builds and existing structures. As general planners, we coordinate all essential disciplines and oversee projects from planning to successful completion.

We are looking for you as

Construction Manager / Civil Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Construction supervision and local construction management in service phases 6–8 HOAI for building construction projects.
  • Coordination and control of the executing companies with regard to quality, deadlines and costs.
  • Conducting and documenting construction meetings, site logs, and defect tracking.
  • Participation in tendering, awarding, invoice verification, as well as acceptances and handovers.

Your profile

  • Completed studies in civil engineering (civil engineering, architecture or similar) or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in construction supervision/management in building construction, ideally with public or commercial projects.
  • Proficient use of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) as well as common AVA (tendering and contract management) and office software.
  • Assertive, structured personality with clear communication skills towards companies and clients.

We offer

  • Responsible construction supervision tasks for demanding public, commercial and residential projects in the region.
  • Attractive remuneration significantly above comparable TVöD classifications, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • A collegial team, short decision-making processes and close cooperation with the planning colleagues in the house.
  • Further training and development opportunities towards project management.
  • A future-proof job in a region with comparatively low living costs and a high quality of life.
  • Flexible working hours
  • 30 days of vacation per year, plus December 24th and 31st off.
  • Salary range: €60,000-€90,000/year (full-time)
