Description

About this job

Why you are exactly right

We are a down-to-earth, growing construction company with short decision-making processes and genuine appreciation for every single employee. For us, certificates or titles don't count, but rather commitment, reliability, and a willingness to get things done.

Everyone helps where they're needed – from construction workers to site managers. No one here is too proud to do any job. We believe that good leadership isn't just about giving instructions, but primarily about working together with your team and leading by example.

You don't need to know everything to start with us. If you meet five out of ten requirements, are motivated, and have the willingness to take on responsibility and learn, we still look forward to your application. Together, we'll bridge any knowledge gaps through structured onboarding, the experience of our team, and targeted professional development.

Our goal is not to find the perfect resume. We are looking for people who want to grow with us and actively shape our company.

Your tasks

  • Independent management and organization of demolition, dismantling and hazardous material remediation projects
  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of construction site processes
  • Leadership, motivation and support of your employees on the construction site
  • Contact person for clients, authorities, subcontractors and the construction site team
  • Organization of materials, equipment, personnel and waste disposal logistics
  • Ensuring compliance with all occupational safety and environmental regulations
  • Preparation of measurements, construction site documentation and daily construction reports
  • Participation in construction meetings and coordination with clients and project stakeholders
  • Active participation on the construction site whenever your support is needed. Whether it's dismantling, carrying materials, or other tasks that arise – you're part of the team and naturally lend a hand.
  • Responsibility for a smooth construction site operation and respectful cooperation

What you bring

  • This is particularly important to us
  • Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
  • Friendly, respectful and professional manners
  • Driving licence class B
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability and organizational skills
  • The willingness to take responsibility and lend a hand wherever needed.
  • That would be desirable – but not a must
  • Experience in demolition, dismantling or gutting
  • Knowledge of hazardous substance remediation (e.g. TRGS 519, TRGS 521 or TRGS 524)
  • Experience as a foreman, supervisor or site manager
  • Knowledge of construction site organization and employee management
  • Experience with measurements and construction site documentation
  • Are you still missing one or two qualifications? Then apply anyway. For us, a willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit are more important than a perfect resume. We'll develop the rest together.

What you get from us

  • A friendly, respectful work environment where skills count.
  • Flexible solutions that take your personal needs into account
  • Dedicated contact persons and short decision-making processes
  • Fair pay and punctual payment of wages
  • Modern work equipment and safe work clothing
  • Development opportunities – those who are committed can grow with us.
  • Long-term perspective in a company that embodies stability and trust
