The RPG Group, specializing in garden and landscape design, plans and executes new construction and renovation projects in gardens, parks, ponds, recreational areas, playgrounds, and sports fields throughout Berlin and the surrounding Brandenburg region. The administration, workshops, and warehouses are located in 15345 Altlandsberg.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) construction manager for garden and landscape construction (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Personnel management (including professional guidance, work organization)
• Personnel and equipment scheduling, material requirements management
• Coordination, planning, management and completion of projects/construction projects
• Detailed project review for scheduling of results and cost estimation
• Cost calculation and preparation of offers in preparation for the submission of offers (including amendments)
• Obtaining quotes, preliminary and final cost calculation, quality assurance
• Execution of surveying and measurement services
• Competent and professional handling of building owners and clients, as well as the team
• Reading and implementing execution plans and drawings

You bring the following with you:

Technically:

• Successful training as a gardener - garden and landscape construction (m/f/d) and several years of professional experience with management responsibility or successful further training as a technician / manager / master garden and landscape construction or agricultural specialist (m/f/d) or similar.
• Driving licence class B
• Safe use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
