Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to fill a position directly with a candidate for our Munich location as soon as possible.

Construction Manager Soil Management (m/f/d) Ref. No.: PVW011PL

Your tasks:

• Independent review and evaluation of the development plan (public and private) in coordination with the PL Land and Development and the AV "Building Construction"
• Assess the building situation and, if necessary, obtain information on demolition or site preparation costs.
• Prepare costs for specialist engineers and their commissioning in coordination with the head of development and land management.
• Commissioning and coordination of the necessary specialist planners (soil experts, development planners) in consultation with the project manager for soil and development.
• Check topographical conditions, if necessary determine the volume of required earthworks including cost estimate in coordination with the project manager for soil and development.
• Clarification of ordnance and mining operations
• Content review of the specifications of external specialist planners and control of the interfaces with other trades as well as the preparation of specifications (earthworks) in cooperation with the cost calculation department.
• Obtain, review, and evaluate all necessary costs for demolition, earthworks, site development, utilities, street lighting, foundation work, dewatering, noise abatement measures, etc.
• Responsible supervision of demolition, renovation, earthworks and development measures during the planning and implementation phases
• Scheduling for development, demolition, earthworks and outdoor facilities in coordination with the construction management for building construction in coordination with the project manager for soil and development
• Control and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers regarding adherence to deadlines, quality and costs.
• Participation in the regular preparation of project forecasts
• Invoice verification of the services provided by specialist engineers and subcontractors

Your qualifications:

• A completed degree in civil engineering/architecture or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the above field
• Good technical and commercial understanding
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good German skills
• The ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner, as well as strong communication skills and organizational talent.
