Construction Manager (m/f/d) in Turnkey Construction

The position is available as soon as possible. Our client is a dynamically growing project development company that realizes sophisticated residential and commercial projects in Berlin and Brandenburg. The company oversees the entire life cycle of a project – from the initial concept and planning to turnkey handover.

Your tasks:

• Site management — responsibility for the timely, high-quality and cost-effective execution of construction projects
• Coordination of all trades — management of internal and external partners, craft businesses and service providers
• Construction site organization — setup, scheduling and ensuring smooth construction progress
• Quality and schedule control — monitoring of execution according to planning, standards and specifications
• Documentation & Reporting — Creation of construction diaries, minutes and progress reports
• Acceptance testing & defect management — Conducting acceptance tests, recording and tracking defects
• Interface management — close collaboration with project development, planning, authorities and investors

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or studies in the construction industry (e.g., civil engineering, construction technology, master craftsman)
• Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in residential or commercial construction
• Confident handling of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), technical standards and building regulations
• Structured, solution-oriented work style and confident demeanor
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Driving licence class B
