CONSTRUCITON MEP PROJECT MANAGER

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Construction MEP Project Manager in Phoenix, Arizona.
Construction MEP Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Total compensation for the Construction MEP Project Manager is $90,000-$125,000.

Construction MEP Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and construct project in accordance to plans, specs, and standards.
  • Lead field employees and subcontractors on site.
  • Ensure safety standards are being adhered to per company policy.
  • Manage project schedule and budget alongside project managers.
  • Preparation of 2 week look ahead schedules.
  • Assist with buyout and subcontractor selection.
  • Make recommendations around cost reduction, schedule improvement, increased quality.
  • Management of project documentation - close out documents, submittals, daily logs.
  • Understand contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds and change orders; ensure adherence including work progress being within scope
  • Review and enforce contract terms.

Construction MEP Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Strong employment stability
  • industry-related college degree is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • At least seven (7) years’ of commercial construction experience is required, including project management experience.
  • Data Center experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • College Degree Preferred, not mandatory.
